About the Role
Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage AI procurement software company as a Founder's Associate Intern. You'll work directly with the founder on live enterprise deals, taking on hands-on responsibility across sales execution, events, and investor support.
What You'll Do
Research accounts, prepare materials, and track next steps for active enterprise deals.
Manage conference and event logistics, represent the company at events, and follow up with attendees.
Create proposals, one-pagers, and other sales collateral for prospective customers.
Prepare and coordinate customer and partner workshops, then manage follow-through.
Support fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Take on other urgent projects and operational needs as they arise.
What We're Looking For
Currently studying at or recently graduated from a highly regarded university.
Zero to two years of experience, including one or two internships, ideally at a high-growth startup.
Prior exposure to enterprise sales, consulting, or procurement, with experience supporting live deals, research, proposals, and deal tracking.
Experience creating sales materials and managing event logistics, with customer-facing event experience a plus.
Fluency in German and English, strong initiative, and willingness to take on both administrative and strategic work.
Compensation & Benefits

Location
Full-time, on-site internship in Berlin, Germany, five days per week, for three to five months.
