Sources & Removal
Last updated 9 July 2026
Kairos brings AI opportunities together in one place. Everything we list comes from public sources, we credit the original, and every listing links straight back to it. This page explains where our listings come from and how to reach us if you run one of those sources and want your content removed.
Run a source and want your content removed?
Email kairos@dhiti.dev with the link and we'll act on it promptly. Details in Request removal below.
How we handle sources
- We only use public data — listings anyone can view on the open web.
- We always credit the source and link back to the original, so visitors land on your page to apply or learn more.
- We aim to send you traffic, not replace you. Kairos is a way to discover an opportunity, not the place it lives.
- We don't collect private or personal contact data, and we don't sit behind logins or paywalls to gather listings.
Where our listings come from
We group listings by the kind of opportunity. For each one, here are the public sources we draw on:
- Jobs
- Public company career pages and the applicant-tracking systems they run on — including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Y Combinator's Work at a Startup — plus public job boards such as Hacker News “Who is hiring?”.
- Gigs & bounties
- Public listings from Mercor, Braintrust, and Kaggle.
- Hackathons
- Public event listings from Devpost and lablab.ai.
- Conference deadlines (CFPs)
- Public call-for-papers and talk deadlines from aideadlin.es.
- Grants, fellowships & residencies
- A hand-curated list built from public program pages and public aggregators such as Grant Desk and AISafety.com.
- Company news & signals
- Public news and RSS feeds, along with Teahose, trueup.io, and Google News, used to surface company activity like funding and hiring changes.
- Visa sponsorship
- Public Labor Condition Application disclosure data published by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification.
- Company discovery
- The Common Crawl public web index, which we use to find new company career pages to include.
Request removal
If you operate one of these sources and would like your content taken off Kairos, email us and we'll act on it promptly. To help us move quickly, please include:
- The link to the content on Kairos, or your source URL.
- Whether you want a specific listing removed or the whole source.
- Confirmation that you represent the source (so we can verify the request).
Send it to kairos@dhiti.dev. We treat these requests seriously and will confirm once it's done.
Keeping this current
We add new sources over time. When we do, we update this page and revise the date at the top. If you spot a source here that's out of date, let us know.
