Description

About the Role

This is a hands-on internship or working student role at an early-stage B2B enterprise AI startup in Berlin, sitting directly alongside the CEO. You'll own high-volume outbound outreach to enterprise procurement leaders, help build the GTM sales playbook from scratch, and get exposure to every corner of an early-stage company.

What You'll Do

  • Run outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts and trigger events for timely, personalized outreach.

  • Write and manage multi-touch cold email and LinkedIn sequences aimed at procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers.

  • Track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics; run weekly A/B tests to improve performance.

  • Enrich, maintain, and clean target account data in the CRM.

  • Prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers.

  • Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's GTM playbook.

  • Join strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations to gain full context.

  • Take on ad-hoc tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, and investor deck updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field.

  • Hands-on experience with outbound outreach at scale — researching accounts, crafting personalized messages, and running multi-channel sequences (email and LinkedIn).

  • Strong professional writing skills in both German and English — able to write a compelling cold email in German and a polished investor update in English.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for data enrichment, maintenance, and outreach tracking.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset backed by evidence of building or organizing something (club, side project, startup, etc.).

  • Genuinely comfortable owning repetitive outbound work and iterating on performance independently.

  • Curiosity about B2B enterprise sales, procurement workflows, or AI applied to how large companies buy software.

  • Some exposure to procurement processes or domain knowledge is a plus.

  • Based in Berlin and available to work from the office (hybrid arrangement possible).

Location

Based in Berlin, Germany (Kreuzberg office). Hybrid arrangements are possible, but regular in-person presence is expected. No visa sponsorship available.
