Founding GTM Lead

About the Role

As the founding go-to-market hire at an early-stage AI company, you will shape how technical buyers discover, trust, and choose its products. Working directly with the founders, you will build the GTM playbook from the ground up, spanning positioning, content, demand generation, and community.

What You'll Do

• Develop the positioning and narrative for product discovery and agent experiences.

• Build inbound and outbound campaigns for technical marketing, developer relations, and product marketing leaders.

• Write and publish content and product launches, turning strategy into shipped work.

• Join customer conversations and help guide opportunities from the first meeting through close alongside the founders.

• Hire and grow the GTM team as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in founding or early-stage GTM, product marketing, developer relations, or growth at a product company.

• Post-graduation work experience; this is not an entry-level role.

• A track record of writing and shipping work, not only developing strategy.

• Technical fluency in AI agents, developer tools, or related areas.

• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, with equity of 0.10% to 0.50%. Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be US citizens or have US work authorization.
