RoboForce is an AI robotics company developing Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. The company's robots are engineered for demanding industrial environments, with a focus on real-world deployment and scalability.

We are looking for a Video Producer & Editor to own video production for RoboForce’s marketing and brand storytelling, from concept through final edit. Working with marketing, engineering, and deployment teams, you’ll turn technical progress, real-world deployments, and customer experiences into clear, compelling stories.

Responsibilities

Develop video concepts that make technical milestones, product capabilities, and customer experiences accessible and engaging.
Lead production from start to finish, including scripts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists, schedules, equipment, people, and locations.
Film robots, people, and environments in the lab and at deployment sites, handling camera, lighting, and audio.
Edit finished videos with strong pacing, sound, color, captions, and basic motion graphics.
Produce product and prototype demos, testing videos, product reveals, deployment stories, customer testimonials, and brand films.
Adapt videos for the RoboForce website, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and events.
Maintain a production calendar, manage incoming requests and feedback, and build a searchable footage library.
Apply RoboForce’s visual identity across framing, typography, graphics, motion, and sound while bringing fresh creative ideas.
Work with engineers to represent robot capabilities and test conditions accurately.

Requirements

3+ years of professional video production experience, with direct ownership of planning, shooting, and editing.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and production craft.
Confidence with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience turning loosely defined requests into clear concepts and production plans.
Familiarity with hardware or technical products and an interest in robotics.
A resourceful, curious approach to storytelling, with the ability to make complex ideas understandable and find the human story behind the technology.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and adapt when a shoot or robot test changes.
Hybrid work arrangement, with availability to work on-site in Milpitas and travel to customer and deployment sites as needed.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience filming robotics, manufacturing, industrial environments, or other technical subjects.
Experience conducting interviews and producing customer stories.
Photography, motion graphics, or basic 3D animation skills.
Experience establishing an in-house production workflow.
Curiosity about AI video generation and AI-assisted creative tools.
