About the Role

This is a founding engineering position at an early-stage AI recruitment tech startup, where you'll be the first full-time frontend hire shaping the product from the ground up. You'll work closely with the founding team to build and evolve a consumer-facing platform that connects job seekers directly with startup opportunities. The role carries real ownership and meaningful impact on product direction.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain the core frontend of a B2C product used by job seekers and startup teams.
Collaborate with design and product to translate Figma mockups into polished, performant interfaces.
Leverage AI coding tools to move quickly and maintain high-quality output.
Help define frontend architecture decisions and set standards as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of frontend engineering experience at B2C companies.
Proficiency working with Figma to implement designs with high fidelity.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €55,000–€65,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
