Senior Production Technician (m/f/d)

About the Role 

At ARX Robotics, our production team is where cutting-edge robotics engineering becomes field-ready capability. As a Senior Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in assembling, testing, and servicing our unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) where reliability is mission-critical. 

Working closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams, you will help bring our systems from prototype to deployment, directly contributing to the quality and robustness of platforms used by military and security forces across Europe. 

What You’ll Do 

• Assemble mechanical and electronic sub-systems of our UGV platforms 
• Manufacture mechanical and electronic components using workshop tools and equipment 
• Commission and test UGVs and integrated payloads to verify performance and safety standards 
• Perform maintenance and repairs on fielded systems to ensure continued operational readiness 
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults systematically and effectively 
• Support live exercises, demonstrations, and field tests as part of our deployment team 

What You Bring 

• Fluency in either English or German required, proficiency in both is a strong advantage
• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, automotive mechanics, toolmaking, or a similar technical field 
• Hands-on skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems 
• Quick comprehension, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility 
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with a practical, structured approach 
• Experience in the production, assembly, or repair of complex technical systems is a plus
