Description

About the Role

As our Technical Program Manager, you will own programs that turn advanced perception, autonomy, and ruggedized hardware into mission-ready ground robotic systems for military and security forces across Europe. You will guide each program from first concept through integration, field testing, production, and sustainment, and you will be accountable for its schedule, budget, scope, and risk.

You will work at the center of our engineering, product, systems, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams, turning ambitious goals into clear plans and dependable delivery. If you bring clarity to complexity, resolve blockers before they slow anyone down, and want to see hardware and software reach the field, this role is for you.

What You'll Build

  • A clear, executable roadmap for each program, with gated milestones that take a system from ideation to sustainment.
  • An integrated master schedule, budget, and critical path that your teams trust and use to make decisions.
  • Alignment across autonomy software, embedded systems, perception, mechatronics, hardware, and manufacturing, including our external suppliers.
  • A direct line from mission requirements to verified, accepted capability, tracked through verification, validation, and acceptance.
  • Program governance that works, with risk reviews, change control, and executive readouts that are concise and action-oriented.
  • A living risk register covering technical, schedule, supply chain, and field risks, with mitigations and clear triggers.
  • Lab, range, and customer-site test plans that turn results into decisions and next steps.
  • Systems that move from prototype to production and stay reliable in service.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of proven experience leading complex hardware-software programs in robotics, autonomy, automotive, or a closely related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, and enough technical depth to engage credibly with senior autonomy, perception, embedded, and hardware engineers.
  • A track record of shipping to production or fielding systems in regulated or mission-critical domains.
  • Strong command of program controls, including risk management, change management, supplier management, and quality gates.
  • Clear, concise communication that works equally well with engineers and executives.
  • The judgment to set clear priorities and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
  • An understanding of regulatory and export control requirements, and the discipline to escalate those topics to the right specialist teams.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
