Strategy & Operations Working Student

About the Role

Join a small team at an AI-powered recruiting startup as a working student supporting strategy and operations. Your analysis and communication will help inform business decisions and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business information using spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables.

• Create presentations and clear written reports to communicate findings.

• Collaborate with teammates using remote communication and cloud file-sharing tools.

• Handle company information responsibly and follow data privacy and confidentiality practices.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and eligible to work as a student employee while studying.

• Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver presentations.

• Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or SharePoint.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as spreadsheet charts, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is helpful.
