- How do you compare two job offers?
- For each offer, we take your role, seniority, and pay and rank it against the disclosed salaries on currently active AI listings for that role - your percentile. The offer with the highest percentile is strongest relative to its own market, even if it isn't the biggest number.
- Can I compare offers in different currencies?
- Yes. Because pay isn't comparable across currencies, offers in different currencies are compared by market percentile (how each ranks against its own role's listings), not by raw amount.
- What is this compared against?
- Only disclosed pay on live AI job listings indexed by Kairos, annualized and kept to a single currency per offer - not a salary survey, and base pay only (no equity or bonuses). If a role has too few disclosed listings, that offer is shown unranked rather than given a misleading verdict.
