Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute Armada's field marketing programs across EMEA. This hands-on operator will turn regional business priorities into high-impact events and campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and strengthen Armada's presence in priority markets.

This role is highly execution oriented. You'll personally manage programs from brief through follow-up, spend significant time in market and on site, and partner closely with Sales to turn premium experiences and integrated campaigns into measurable business outcomes.

Location

Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Regional Strategy and Pipeline

  • Translate the annual EMEA field marketing plan into a detailed calendar of programs, campaigns, owners, milestones, target accounts, and follow-up actions aligned to territory priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Execute integrated regional campaigns across events, executive programs, account-based marketing, digital, content, and partner channels to engage priority accounts throughout the buyer journey.
  • Create market-specific programs that reflect local business dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer needs while maintaining a consistent global brand and narrative.
  • Own regional performance reporting, including pipeline sourced, revenue influenced, account engagement, progression, and cost per outcome; use insights to optimize the portfolio continuously.

Events and Executive Engagement

  • Personally plan and deliver Armada's EMEA field event portfolio, including the Sovereign AI Tour, executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, third-party conferences, partner activations, and customer programs.
  • Own each program from brief through execution and follow-up, including audience strategy, invitations, registration, venue and vendor coordination, content, speakers, staffing, on-site delivery, lead capture, and post-event action plans.
  • Create executive-tier experiences that convene senior customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders around the issues shaping sovereign AI, infrastructure, energy, and security.
  • Partner with the Dublin Experience Center team to develop customer briefings and regional executive programs that accelerate strategic opportunities and deepen relationships.
  • Evaluate third-party event investments against audience fit, business relevance, brand alignment, and expected return; recommend where Armada should participate, sponsor, speak, or decline.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Work side by side with EMEA Sales teams to build target lists, drive attendance, prepare account teams, run on-site engagement, and ensure timely follow-up against shared pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Customer Marketing, and Experiential Marketing to bring campaigns and launches to life in the region.
  • Build regional enablement plans so Sales and executive teams have the messaging, target lists, follow-up motions, and content needed to convert engagement into opportunity.
  • Work with content and creative teams to capture customer stories, executive perspectives, photography, and video that extend the value of each program beyond the room.

Budget and Operations

  • Own day-to-day budget management for EMEA field programs, including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and forecast updates.
  • Manage agencies, venues, production partners, and other vendors, including selection, negotiation, scopes of work, timelines, and quality control.
  • Build and maintain program briefs, workback plans, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, attendee communications, and post-program reporting for every activation.
  • Travel to and lead programs on site, resolving issues quickly and maintaining a high bar for the customer, partner, and executive experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, or experiential marketing experience, ideally within high-growth enterprise technology or infrastructure companies.
  • Proven success building EMEA programs that generate pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and advance complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep experience partnering with regional Sales leaders and account teams to translate territory plans into focused marketing programs.
  • Strong event and executive engagement expertise across multiple EMEA markets, from intimate C-suite programs to major industry conferences.
  • Data-driven approach to planning and measurement, with fluency in pipeline reporting, attribution, account engagement, and budget optimization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple programs at once.
  • Sound judgment, executive presence, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60 percent across EMEA and internationally, including frequent multi-day trips and on-site event delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI, cloud, data center, energy, defense, or other complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with executive briefing centers, customer advisory boards, partner marketing, or account-based marketing programs.
  • Existing agency, venue, media, or industry relationships across priority EMEA markets.
  • Experience working at both a scaling startup and an established enterprise technology company.
