Interview customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand buying motivations and customer language.
Direct video and content production, including topics, speakers, and creative hooks.
Create sales enablement materials that explain products at different levels of detail.
Monitor competitors and the AI market, and partner with performance marketing to refine messaging based on results.
What We're Looking For
At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, communications, or storytelling in AI, enterprise software, legal technology, or a similarly complex product environment.
Experience in legal practice, legal technology, legal journalism, or marketing to legal audiences, with an understanding of how legal professionals evaluate and buy products.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with experience owning product positioning, messaging, and launches.
Experience working across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and external agencies while maintaining strategic direction.
Experience with customer research, sales enablement, and directing content or video production, including presenting on camera.
