About Telepatia

Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow.

Already adopted by thousands of doctors and leading hospitals across the region, Telepatia has demonstrated measurable impact: reducing cognitive load, improving patient experience, and increasing adherence to clinical protocols.

Our vision is bold: to turn scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence, and to pursue nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor.

About the role

Mexico has some of the largest private health systems in Latin America: hospital groups, insurers and clinic chains serving millions of patients. Telepatia is building its presence in the country account by account. You help decide which institutions we go after and in what order, open the doors, and carry the analytical weight of every deal: stakeholder maps, pilot structures, ROI models built from the client's own numbers, proposals and letters of intent.

This is not a volume prospecting role. You work a focused list of high-value institutions with deep research and thoughtful outreach, join the conversations that matter, and keep the Country Manager and the founders armed before every call. Your north star: qualified pipeline created, and opportunities that move from first conversation to pilot or contract because of your work.

Core skills: (i) Strategic research and prospecting in enterprise healthcare (ii) Business cases a CFO can trust (iii) Process discipline and relentless follow-through.

One requirement: Be hospital-obsessed and data-obsessed (and cool). Languages: Spanish (native), English (fluent).

What you will do

  • Research and prioritize target hospitals, insurers and clinic chains; map decision makers (owners, CEOs, medical directors, CFOs, CIOs).

  • Run targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events) and lead first discovery conversations to qualify interest, fit and urgency.

  • Prepare briefing documents for key meetings: account context, stakeholder map, past interactions, strategic angles.

  • Build business cases and ROI models for pilots and proposals: time saved per doctor, documentation quality, claim denials.

  • Draft proposals, letters of intent and pilot KPI sheets; join high-stakes meetings and make sure follow-up happens on time.

  • Keep the CRM impeccable (accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, next steps) and build the pipeline and forecast views we run on.

  • Document what works (outreach, talk tracks, objection handling, pilot structures) and build the Mexico sales playbook.

What we look for

More than experience, we look for attitude and drive.

  • 2 to 5 years in B2B enterprise sales, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, corporate development or an analytical role in healthcare.

  • Strong analytical skills; you enjoy building models in Excel or Sheets and can explain them to a non-financial audience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; professional English.

  • Ability to research and understand complex organizations such as hospital groups and insurers.

  • Building relationships comes naturally to you; executive presence in front of senior stakeholders.

  • Obsession with process, follow-up and CRM discipline; grit, ownership and emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to or working with hospitals, insurers or large healthcare providers in Mexico.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Healthcare or healthtech background.

What we offer

  • Base salary: USD 2,000 to 3,500 per month, depending on experience.

  • Variable: for 100% attainment, uncapped, based on qualified pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Equity participation.

  • Direct mentorship from the Country Manager, the CRO and the founders.

  • Exposure to C-level conversations in Mexico's largest hospitals and insurers.

  • Career progression into Revenue Manager or Revenue Operations as Mexico scales.

  • Onboarding with the Revenue teams in Colombia and Brazil.

How we work

  • We're always on.

  • We own what we do and don't wait for anyone.

  • We move fast and with focus.

  • We play to win.

What this means for you

  • Ask questions. There are no silos; we grow by learning together.

  • Own your work. Don't wait until tomorrow; don't hand over unfinished work.

  • Speak up. Every voice matters, no matter the title.

  • Focus on impact. Prioritize what moves the needle.

  • Leave things better than you found them. Early stages are messy; your job is to make them less so.

Interview process

  1. Motivation and profile fit: 45 minutes with the People team.

  2. Case exercise: 60 minutes: prospecting plus a business case, with the Country Manager.

  3. Culture and values: 30 minutes with a founder.
