About the Role
This customer-facing product role sits between customer accounts and engineering at a hospitality-focused AI software company. You will help customers turn operational workflows into repeatable AI agent solutions, while bringing their needs back to engineering to shape product improvements. Customer accounts are the primary focus of the role.
What You'll Do
Lead customer onboarding, refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations to support retention and growth.
Build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
Identify common themes in customer requests and translate them into prioritized product work.
Partner with engineering to unblock agents and scope new capabilities.
Automate lower-value tasks and improve the efficiency of customer-facing work.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering solutions.
Demonstrated experience building automations or workflows, such as with no-code tools, scripting, or RPA.
Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications.
Experience managing customer relationships and leading onboarding, support, or business review calls.
Comfort using AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions, and prioritizing customer problems for automation or engineering work.
Strong systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and interest in working directly with customers. Experience with business-focused customers or hospitality, travel, or customer service workflows is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $120,000 to $210,000 annually, with 0.15% to 0.60% equity, health insurance, and a 401(k) match. Visa sponsorship is not available.
