About the Role
Own the full enterprise sales process for AI and automation software serving the freight and logistics industry. You will work closely with commercial leadership to convert active pilots into long-term partnerships and build a repeatable sales approach for a growing business.
What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise freight forwarders, from initial conversations through contract signature.
Build relationships with C-level decision-makers and regional business leaders.
Develop and refine sales playbooks as the business grows beyond founder-led sales.
Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.
Turn customer feedback and insights into recommendations for product priorities and market positioning.
Travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to Asia and North America to meet stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Three to seven years of enterprise sales experience, selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.
A record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with large, complex organizations.
Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder enterprise decisions.
Background selling SaaS, AI, or automation products, ideally in freight, logistics, supply chain, or other legacy industries.
Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills in operational environments.
Experience building sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies, and leading pricing and contract discussions.
Fluent English and German, with the ability to negotiate and present in both languages.
Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment and traveling regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Berlin or Hamburg, Germany, with in-person work several days per week.
