About the Role

As our People Analytics & AI Optimization Expert (m/f/d), you will be the architect of our global People Analytics capability, building it from the ground up. Your mission is to transform how we use data to make workforce decisions while pioneering the use of AI and automation to create a world-class employee experience. This is a foundational role where you will set the standards for our entire organization.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for our global HRIS transformation, ensuring that data and analytics are at the core of our new technology landscape. By partnering with leaders across the business, you will move our analytics beyond reporting and toward predictive insights that solve real-world challenges, directly contributing to our operational success and strategic growth.

What You’ll Build

  • Build our global People Analytics framework from the ground up, setting the standard for data, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable insights on everything from talent acquisition and retention to organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Serve as the analytics and data expert for our global HRIS transformation, defining the requirements that will shape our future technology.
  • Pioneer the use of AI and automation across our People function, from identifying high-value use cases to running pilots and measuring their impact.
  • Empower our leaders and the People team with intuitive self-service analytics capabilities, reducing manual reporting.
  • Establish clear data governance and quality standards to create a single source of truth for all People data.
  • Redesign and optimize People processes, using technology to eliminate manual work and improve the employee and manager experience.

What You Bring

  • A strong background in People Analytics or a related data-centric field, with a proven ability to turn complex data into strategic insights.
  • Experience establishing analytics standards, KPIs, and governance, ideally in an international or global organization.
  • A deep understanding of HR data models and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting a major HRIS implementation or other large-scale HR technology transformations.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern BI and analytics tools (such as Power BI or Tableau). Experience with SQL or Python is a strong plus.
  • A practical understanding of how AI, particularly generative AI, and automation can be applied within an HR context.
  • The ability to translate complex analytical topics into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • A firm grasp of data privacy principles and a commitment to the responsible use of AI with employee data.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
