About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist on the customer success team at an AI-powered procurement software company, you will guide customers from initial pilots through organization-wide rollouts. You will connect customer needs with engineering and product teams, helping shape deployment approaches that support adoption and scale.
What You'll Do
Manage customer deployments alongside engineering, from pilot planning through full organizational rollout.
Explore customer category-management and sourcing processes to identify effective workflows.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions, turning customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.
Identify which deployment patterns can scale across customers and where customization is needed.
Translate customer behavior and feedback into useful product insights for engineering teams.
Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and senior stakeholders on long-term rollout plans.
Create playbooks, training materials, and best practices to improve onboarding and adoption across accounts.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of hands-on, customer-facing experience with both end users and senior stakeholders.
Experience scoping and designing category-management or strategic sourcing workflows.
Experience leading customer workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and managing deployments from pilot through broad rollout.
Experience developing onboarding and adoption materials for multiple customers and sharing customer feedback with product or engineering teams.
A background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations, with experience working with DACH organizations or customers.
Fluency in German and English, strong customer relationship skills, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: EUR 60,000 to EUR 90,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
