About the Role
Join a digital health product team building patient-facing digital therapeutics. You will own the end-to-end patient experience across mobile therapy apps, helping people engage with treatment and make meaningful progress.
What You'll Do
Own patient journeys from physician prescription and onboarding through active treatment and patient outcomes.
Lead the product lifecycle for mobile therapy apps across urology and gynecology.
Use habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and other retention mechanics to support lasting behavior change.
Improve app store presence, ratings, reviews, keywords, and screenshots to strengthen the journey from discovery to activation.
Run experiments, review product analytics, and use results to guide product decisions.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of product management experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
Experience creating patient-centered or behavior-change products, ideally in digital health, MedTech, or another regulated environment.
Strong product judgment and experience owning strategy, user journeys, and outcomes across multiple product surfaces or therapy areas.
Hands-on experience shipping across iOS and Android, with an understanding of their platform-specific capabilities and constraints.
Experience applying behavior-change or retention mechanics in shipped products and managing app store optimization.
Comfort with analytics, A/B testing, and making decisions based on experimental results.
Fluency with AI tools and judgment about when AI is an appropriate solution to a product problem.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €65,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
