Head of Sales

About the Role

As Head of Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing sales organization at a growing AI voice technology company. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, own sales performance, and partner across the business to support the company's next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale the sales team, setting hiring standards and fostering a strong, high-performance culture.

• Coach team members through call shadowing, feedback, pipeline reviews, and support with complex deals.

• Set sales goals and develop go-to-market processes with Revenue Operations, including quota management and forecasting.

• Lead team managers and develop their ability to grow and support their teams.

• Work with marketing, product, and customer operations to align sales strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

• Use AI tools and data to inform sales strategy, forecasts, and decision-making.

• Support team members' career development and create a culture of continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• At least 7 years of sales leadership experience building and scaling teams, including hiring and developing sales talent.

• Experience owning quota attainment, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure.

• A background in consultative selling and structuring complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and partnering with Revenue Operations.

• Experience leading teams through rapid growth and organizational change, ideally in B2C SaaS or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with AI tools and, ideally, AI, voice technology, or conversational AI products.

• Fluency in English and German, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: €180,000 to €240,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
