Commercial Staff Member, Associate

About the Role

Join the commercial team at an industrial energy software company, helping customers get value from their energy storage solutions. You will build customer relationships, deepen your understanding of the product and energy markets, and support customers throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with new customers.

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, market, and customer needs.

• Own and improve the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing satisfaction.

• Use customer and market insights to support long-term value for customers and the business.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in business roles.

• Native German proficiency and fluent English.

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

• Comfort owning customer relationships and the customer lifecycle.

• Ability to develop product, market, and customer insights.

• First experience or a demonstrated interest in energy markets.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €70,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
