About the Role
Own enterprise sales for an early-stage logistics technology company building AI and automation software for freight operations. You will work closely with commercial leadership to close strategic deals, convert pilots into long-term partnerships, and shape a repeatable sales approach.
What You'll Do
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial conversations through contract signature.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers at global freight forwarders.
Develop and refine sales playbooks as the business grows beyond founder-led sales.
Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.
Translate customer feedback and operational insights into product and go-to-market priorities.
Travel regularly across Europe, with occasional trips to Asia and North America.
What We're Looking For
Three to seven years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.
A record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with large organizations, and experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or another legacy industry.
Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills.
Experience developing sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies, as well as negotiating pricing and contracts.
Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment.
Fluent English and German, including the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations.
Compensation & Benefits
Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work locally.
Location
Hybrid, based in Berlin or Hamburg, Germany, with in-person work several days per week.
