About the Role
As a Senior Product Engineer, you will work closely with a product designer and the engineering team to build practical AI features for business users. You will shape how people discover and use AI in their daily work, taking responsibility for the complete experience, from the initial interaction model through delivery.
What You'll Do
Design and build intuitive interaction models for AI features, including experiences where users may be new to AI.
Partner with the product designer to explore and co-design features, or lead features end-to-end independently.
Own the full user experience of each feature, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
Build production-ready frontend and server-side functionality, including appropriate data models.
Evaluate features from the user's perspective, identify usability gaps, and follow through on details such as loading states, spacing, and clear messaging.
Share context and trade-offs, ask open questions, and help strengthen the work of the engineers around you.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience delivering full-stack features in production.
Hands-on experience building frontend features with React and TypeScript.
Experience developing server-side backend logic and data models.
A track record of owning features end-to-end, not just implementing the UI layer.
Care for usability and the complete feature experience, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, tRPC, or Electron is relevant to the stack.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000. Visa sponsorship information was not provided.
Location
