Help Us Change the Way the World Works
Build something that matters.
Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.
About Langdock
Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organization. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.
About the Role
The people we hire are one of the biggest determinants of what Langdock can become. We set a high bar, and finding people who raise it takes curiosity, persistence and genuine care for the work.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll help us find and hire exceptional people across the company. You won’t just work from a job brief and wait for applications. You’ll learn how our teams work, partner with hiring managers to understand what they need, find people who might thrive here and help them make an informed decision about Langdock.
You don’t need to have done all of this before. We’re looking for someone with strong judgement, initiative and a real desire to master the craft of hiring. You’ll have support from the team as you take on increasingly complex searches and grow into a trusted partner to our hiring managers.
What You Will Do
Understand the role before you start the search. Learn what a team is building, what the new hire should make possible and what great performance would look like. Ask questions, get close to the work and help turn that understanding into a clear candidate profile.
Find people we wouldn’t otherwise meet. Research talent markets, identify promising candidates and write thoughtful outreach that gives them a genuine reason to get to know Langdock. Build relationships for future roles as well as current searches.
Help run searches from start to finish. Work across Engineering, Product, GTM and Operations. Partner with hiring managers on search strategy, sourcing, candidate conversations and process coordination, gradually taking greater ownership of searches as you build experience.
Help us make better hiring decisions. Work with the team to define what we need to assess, prepare interviewers and keep evaluations grounded in evidence. Share what you’re noticing in the pipeline and speak up when something doesn’t add up.
Build an AI-native way of working. Use AI to improve research, sourcing, preparation and coordination. Experiment with agents and workflows, identify repetitive work worth automating and use the time saved to build better judgement and stronger relationships.
You Might Be a Fit If…
You genuinely enjoy finding and understanding people. You’re curious about what makes someone excellent at their work and motivated by helping them find the right opportunity.
You have a high bar and are willing to do the work to meet it. You care about making the right hire, not just closing a role quickly. When a search isn’t working, you’re ready to learn why and try a better approach.
You’re curious about how businesses and teams work. You want to understand why a role matters, what a team is trying to achieve and how the right person could make a difference.
You learn unfamiliar subjects quickly. You’re excited to understand what distinguishes a great engineer, salesperson or operator. You ask thoughtful questions and don’t stop at surface-level requirements.
You take ownership without pretending to know everything. You bring structure, follow through and raise questions early. You’re comfortable forming a point of view, getting feedback and improving it.
You’re curious about AI and like building better workflows. You already experiment with AI or are eager to go deeper. You’re interested in what technology can improve—and where human judgement and personal attention matter most.
You might come from recruiting, sourcing, operations, a founder’s office or another hands-on role. Years of experience in Talent Acquisition are not a prerequisite. What matters most is your judgement, your initiative and your commitment to becoming excellent at this work.
The Environment
We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
We offer lunch & dinner in the office. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
Compensation
Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. All roles include equity.
We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.
Next steps
We move fast. Most processes complete within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.
