Description

About the Role

As Lead Training & Workforce Services, you will build the central capability that qualifies the people who operate, maintain and support ARX systems. You will translate maintenance tasks, repair responsibilities, customer commitments and workforce demand into qualification profiles, practical training, certification and a scalable train-the-trainer model for current and future customer and service hubs.

What You'll Build

  • Role-based qualification profiles: define profiles derived from maintenance levels, task analysis, repair responsibilities, LORA logic and the actual scope of each hub or customer organisation.
  • A technical training architecture: create curricula, practical modules, materials, assessments and update routines for technicians and other service roles.
  • A train-the-trainer model: establish a multiplier approach that enables hubs to train and qualify their own personnel consistently while retaining central standards.
  • Certification governance: implement initial certification, recertification, status tracking, evidence requirements and escalation for expired or incomplete qualifications.
  • Workforce planning with the hubs: translate service demand, maintenance workload, customer commitments, coverage assumptions and attrition risk into workforce requirements.
  • A closed update loop: ensure that changes to maintenance concepts, technical documentation, software, tools or field procedures are reflected in training and qualification requirements.
  • A scalable enablement system: build standards and materials that can be transferred to new hubs and adapted to changing products, maintenance levels and customer environments.
  • A measurable qualification operation: make certified-technician coverage, time-toqualification and certification currency visible to the service organisation.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in technical training, workforce qualification, service enablement, maintenance training or a comparable environment.
  • Experience designing qualification profiles, curricula, practical assessments or certification systems for complex technical products.
  • The ability to translate maintenance tasks and technical requirements into clear, teachable and assessable competencies.
  • Practical experience with train-the-trainer or multiplier models.
  • Strong coordination skills across Maintenance, Engineering, Product, Operations and customer-facing teams.
  • The discipline to manage training records, certification status and recurring updates.
  • An understanding of workforce planning and the ability to connect demand from hubs with available skills and capacity.
  • A hands-on, build-oriented leadership style and clear communication with both technical experts and field personnel.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
