About Roger

Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.

Why This Role Exists

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our founders and oversee day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office. You will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, owning scheduling, logistics, and events so the founders can stay focused on our customers and product.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that combines executive support with office operations. You will manage the founders' calendars, coordinate company events and offsites, and serve as the first point of contact for candidates and guests.

This is a newly created position with significant ownership and the opportunity to grow into a broader operations as Roger scales.

What You'll Do

  • Executive support. Manage the founders' calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution, and prepare them for meetings with the context and materials they need.

  • Candidate experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for interviewing candidates: coordinate schedules and welcome them on site.

  • Event and conference logistics. Coordinate travel, registration, and logistics for industry conferences, and plan and host customer, investor, and team events.

  • Onsites and Offsites. Plan and execute team offsites, onsites, including venues, travel, agendas, budgets, and vendor coordination.

  • Office operations. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including conference room scheduling and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the installation and upkeep of office amenities.

  • Special projects. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the company as priorities evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative or operations role, ideally at a fast-growing startup.

  • Expertise managing complex, constantly shifting calendars for leadership.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and a polished, professional presence with candidates, partners, and guests.

  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

  • An ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or C-level executives.

  • Experience planning offsites, events, or conferences.
