About the Role
As our Contact Center Operator, you are the vigilant guardian of our operational integrity after hours. This is a remote role defined by profound responsibility, where you serve as the first point of contact for our users and the critical communication link to our on-call engineering team.
Your focus and rapid response are paramount. In this role, you understand that a single missed alert can have mission-critical consequences for the safety and success of our users. This position is for a highly disciplined individual who thrives in a role where trust, reliability, and precision are non-negotiable.
What You’ll Build
- A tireless first line of defense, ensuring the immediate detection of any alerts after hours.
- A reliable communication bridge, guaranteeing the instant relay of critical information to the on-call engineer.
- A foundation of peace of mind for our users, who know that their safety and success are under vigilant watch, even at night.
What You Bring
- The readiness and discipline for active night-shift work (from 21:00 to 09:00, up to 15 shifts per month).
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An unwavering sense of responsibility and personal accountability.
- The ability to follow detailed instructions with absolute precision.
- A deep understanding of the importance of timely, decisive action in critical situations.
- As a condition of this temporary (2–3 month) contract, you are required to pass a polygraph screening and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
