Description

About the Role

This is a full-stack creative and growth role at an AI-native immigration legal tech startup, sitting within a small, fast-moving marketing function and reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will own the brand's social media presence end to end, turning expert legal content into visually polished, highly engaging posts that educate and grow an audience across every major platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and emerging channels.

  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content.

  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and reusable visual templates that make complex legal topics clear and shareable.

  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every published asset looks and feels consistent.

  • Appear on camera to film and present short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, and similar formats.

  • Shoot and edit polished short-form video with strong pacing, captions, hooks, and platform-native techniques.

  • Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on what drives growth and engagement.

  • Represent the brand at industry and community events, supporting community engagement initiatives in person.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 7 years of experience managing and growing brand social media accounts, ideally at an early-stage startup.

  • A strong design eye with a portfolio demonstrating consistent, premium-quality social content across multiple projects.

  • Confidence and polish on camera, with demonstrated ability to present and explain nuanced topics in short-form video.

  • Solid short-form video editing skills, including pacing, transitions, captions, and hooks.

  • Excellent written communication and the ability to translate dense, regulated subject matter into clear and engaging posts.

  • Experience marketing trust-heavy or compliance-sensitive services such as legal tech, fintech, or healthcare.

  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one creative tool such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or After Effects.

  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously and owning a channel strategy with minimal oversight.

  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

Based in San Francisco, California. Hybrid arrangement with a strong preference for at least three days per week in the office. Remote candidates who are an exceptional fit will also be considered.
