Founding GTM Lead

About the Role

This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a YC-backed enterprise AI startup building agents that automate complex system implementations and migrations. You will own the top of funnel end to end, working directly with the CEO, and the role has a clear path into full-cycle ownership and team-building as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Define ICP, build targeting lists, and launch outbound sequences to fill the pipeline with qualified demos.

• Set up and maintain the GTM stack: CRM, sequencing, enrichment, routing, and reporting, so that outbound compounds over time.

• Do the hands-on work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, conference floors, whatever books the right meetings this week.

• Run discovery calls and product demos independently, not just hand them off.

• Own early-stage marketing including content, product launches, and engagement with a developer and open-source community.

• Identify what is working across both a direct platform motion and a partner/consulting channel, and double down accordingly.

What We're Looking For

• 2 or more years in a GTM role at a startup or high-growth B2B company: SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering.

• A pipeline you personally built, with numbers to show for it.

• Hands-on experience with GTM automation and CRM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or n8n.

• Experience selling to or engaging technical buyers: CTOs, engineering leads, heads of data, or IT leadership.

• Familiarity with technical products: enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, data platforms, or ERP/CRM systems.

• Strong track record signalled by a competitive academic background, a high-bar employer, competitive athletics, or a product or project you built yourself.

• Full fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 80,000 to 140,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
