We are seeking an experienced Compensation Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leadership, Recruiting, and HR Business Partners for our global organization to bring in the best talent all over the world, as well as support our business units. The Compensation Business Partner will fill an important role on the team and be a strategic advisor that blends an analytical approach to compensation with an ability to collaborate with WW senior leaders, Recruiting, and HR Business Partners to influence outcomes and deliver high impact in this competitive market, all in alignment with our global compensation philosophy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as comp business partner, strategic solution provider and specialist advisor to global recruiting teams, HRBPs and business unit leaders by combining in-depth knowledge of compensation principles, understanding of the business and market landscape

  • See opportunities, improve comp programs, policies, and processes to ensure they support business strategy and help drive excellence in hiring and employee performance. Diagnose gaps between current and desired states and develop strategies to resolve those gaps, shaping the decision-making process and influencing partners as appropriate

  • Support and advise on comp related activities: strategic new hire offers, promotions, international transfers, budget allocation and top talent retention

  • Respond to comp-related questions from people leaders, HRBPs and recruiters

  • Support the implementation of all ongoing comp programs; provide proactive, deep insights to guide decision making and continuously work with people leaders to make sound comp decisions

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience

  • 5 plus years of directly related compensation experience in advising and analyst roles with understanding and experience of tech industry market and trends (CCP preferred), globally

  • Partnership and influencing skills, communication skills and customer support at all levels of the company, globally

  • Highly responsive and customer service oriented

  • Experience supporting a large technology organization. Deep knowledge of compensation approaches globally

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, collaborating work, analytical and operational work

  • The ability to partner with colleagues in different time zones

  • Strong initiative, is self-managed and can multi-task

  • Expertise with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
