Description

We are looking for a technically adept and motivated Carline Program Manager to coordinate the complete implementation of self-driving features for one of our vehicle models. You will partner with engineering, product, system, and validation teams to bring next-generation driving intelligence from concept to production. Ideal for problem-solvers who excel at integrating software, hardware, and vehicle systems in fast-paced environments.

NVIDIA is a “learning machine” that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to solve, that only we can pursue, and that matter to the world. This is our life’s work: to amplify human creativity and intelligence. NVIDIA is often viewed as one of the most sought-after employers in the tech industry. We have some of the most forward-thinking and dedicated people working in the team. If you're creative and love challenges, we would love to hear.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of an autonomous driving carline program, from feature definition and platform planning to vehicle-specific adaptation, prototype integration, validation, and mass-production readiness.

  • Drive carline adaptation activities, including vehicle platform analysis, E/E architecture alignment, sensor configuration, compute platform integration, software release planning, and vehicle-level feature enablement.

  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across software, perception, planning, control, system engineering, hardware, vehicle integration, testing, and validation.

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across internal engineering teams, customer programs, and suppliers.

  • Define and supervise key metrics (velocity, release cadence, validation readiness) to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Drive issue resolution across software, hardware, vehicle, validation, and customer-facing workstreams using structured, data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure clear alignment between platform-level capabilities and vehicle-specific requirements, constraints, and production milestones.

  • Continuously improve execution processes to increase development speed, integration efficiency, release quality, and delivery reliability.

What We Need To See:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, intelligent EV, automotive software, or vehicle system integration.

  • Proven experience managing carline adaptation programs for AD/ADAS or intelligent driving systems.

  • Strong track record leading complex cross-functional technical programs from prototype to production.

  • Solid understanding of autonomous driving software stack, including perception, planning, control, localization, compute platform, sensors, and E/E architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with vehicle-specific integration, software release management, validation planning, issue tracking, and production readiness.

  • Ability to manage aggressive schedules, complex dependencies, customer milestones, and technical risks with transparency and urgency.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and escalation management skills across global engineering teams, customer stakeholders, suppliers, and executive levels.

  • Proficient in English and capable of leading cross-region technical and program discussions.

  • Strong command of modern project and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, dashboards, defect tracking systems, or similar..

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience in OEM, Tier-1, autonomous driving, smart EV, or high-compute automotive platform companies.

  • Direct experience adapting AD/ADAS software platforms to multiple vehicle lines or regional variants.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA DRIVE Orin / Thor, Qualcomm Ride, or similar high-performance automotive compute platforms.

  • Background in E/E architecture, sensor integration, vehicle network, domain controller, or central compute integration.

  • Experience with SIL/HIL, simulation, automated validation, data-driven testing, or closed-loop issue management.
