Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

This is a ground-floor engineering opportunity at a Series B fintech SaaS company building an AI-native platform that helps finance teams modernize planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teammates to deliver high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.

• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.

• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.

• Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture.

• Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.

• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

• Solid experience building frontends with React; balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused background preferred.

• Experience using MongoDB as an application database.

• Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Interest in AI-focused product work within a fast-moving, distributed team.

• Proven ability to work remotely from the Americas and collaborate effectively across time zones.

• Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Fully remote. Open to candidates based in Canada or the United States.
