JOB ROLE : Associate Engagement Manager
EXPERIENCE : 6-8 years
LOCATION : Mumbai/Bangalore

As Associate Engagement manager at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of advanced solutions in Machine Learning, Software Development and Data Analytics for our key customers. You will interpret and turn data into information which can improve the business process, thus affecting business decisions.   

Must have Skills

• Lead the project and be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition and creation of user stories
• Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems
• Planning and executing both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork and client expectations
• Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, requirement traceability matrices
• Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define point of view and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in leading and delivering software product development management
• Ability to communicate with client and consult them on right solutions and approach
• Experience in People management like managing BAs, Senior BAs and developers
• Good understanding and application experience of Agile and Scrum based development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Ability to work easily and comfortably with developers
• Proactive in identifying risks to the project and ideating solutions with general consensus

Good to have Skills

• Experience in cloud based technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure
• Experience in other domains - Healthcare / Retail / Others
• Experience in service based industry
• Experience in Analytics / Machine Learning
