Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to engage prospects.
Build and iterate on outreach sequences using a hypothesis-driven approach, measuring results and improving continuously.
Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
Contribute to shaping SDR processes and best practices as the team scales.
Own the complete top-of-funnel experience for Spanish-speaking markets.
What We're Looking For
Native Spanish fluency with strong English communication skills.
1+ years of sales experience in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.
Demonstrated experience qualifying leads and running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Experience building and testing sales sequences with measurable, results-oriented methods.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and customer onboarding workflows.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools for lead management and outreach tracking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership of a defined sales funnel segment.
Naturally competitive mindset, motivated by uncapped commission and performance-based rewards.
Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna for 1 to 2 months to immerse in company culture.
Experience selling AI or technology products is a plus, as is a track record of progressing from SDR to Account Executive.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 45,000 to 70,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. A short-term relocation to Vienna, Austria (1 to 2 months) is expected during onboarding.
