Content Marketing Manager (Dutch)

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dutch-speaking Content Marketing Manager at a fast-growing AI SaaS company serving small and medium-sized businesses across Europe. You will own the voice and messaging for the Dutch-speaking market across the full customer journey, from paid ads to organic content, blending creative storytelling with data-driven optimization to drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Own website and landing page copy for the Dutch-speaking market, optimized for conversions.

• Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social campaigns.

• Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.

• Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing, and performance insights.

• Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging alongside leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing roles.

• Demonstrated track record writing high-performing copy for paid channels with measurable conversion or engagement results.

• Native-level Dutch proficiency with the ability to write marketing copy in Dutch; fluent English also required.

• Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics.

• Experience creating and executing organic social content strategies.

• Analytical mindset with a genuine passion for experimentation and optimization.

• Experience scripting video ad creatives and collaborating with creators or influencers is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI or SaaS product categories is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 65,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
