As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our Kyiv operations. You'll cultivate a seamless and productive environment that empowers the ARX Robotics team to focus on what they do best: building the future of autonomous systems.

You will independently manage the administrative, organizational, and travel support functions that are crucial to our team's success.

What You Bring

• A natural talent for organization, combined with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Proficiency in the Google Workspace environment, particularly with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong and clear communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (B1 level or higher).
• The ability to calmly navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and self-starting mindset, with the ability to own tasks from inception to completion.
• A genuine, service-oriented approach focused on enabling the success and well-being of the team.
• The integrity and discretion required to handle confidential company information.
• The foresight to anticipate needs and solve challenges before they become problems.
