Product Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-stack, end-to-end ownership role at a seed-funded construction tech company building autonomous agents for some of Europe's largest general contractors. You will not just write code, you will design, build, and ship complete systems that solve real operational problems in one of the world's most complex industries.

What You'll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of autonomous agents: from problem definition and hypothesis to deployed, production-grade system.

• Build across the entire stack, agent logic, backend, frontend, and iterate directly with customers to validate solutions.

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives such as fully autonomous procurement agents that handle material orders from requisition to posted invoice.

• Build contract management tools that give construction companies real-time visibility across all active contracts.

• Propose and pursue your own product ideas if you see a high-impact opportunity on the platform.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with shipped products you personally owned end-to-end.

• A proven track record of exceptional professional achievement in a high-performance engineering environment.

• Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS (backend), and React (frontend) for production systems.

• Experience taking software from zero to production deployment.

• Comfort collaborating directly with customers to iterate on and validate product solutions.

• Full proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.

• Familiarity with Flutter for mobile development is a plus.

• Experience with GCP and Hasura or GraphQL APIs is a plus.

• Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually, plus equity options. A dedicated learning and development budget is provided. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.
