Description

About the Role

This is a founding growth hire at a pre-seed AI recruiting platform, sitting at the center of everything demand-related. You will own the full growth engine, from outbound and paid acquisition to content and SEO, turning recruiting insights into measurable pipeline for a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do

  • Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end.

  • Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound campaigns while managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

  • Create and distribute high-velocity content including blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.

  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

  • Build marketing partnerships and organize online and offline events to drive real audience turnout.

What We're Looking For

  • 0 to 3 years of experience, aligned with an intern or new-graduate growth or marketing role.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple growth and marketing domains: outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.

  • Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.

  • Experience running and optimizing cold email programs and managing technical deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

  • SEO expertise including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

  • Familiarity with paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, including campaign planning, launching, and optimization.

  • Strong content creation skills with consistent brand alignment across multiple formats and channels.

  • Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
