About the Role
This is a founding product design role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an agentic integration platform. You will own design end-to-end, working directly with the Chief Product Officer to shape the product from the ground up. The patterns and design language you establish will be the foundation every future hire builds on.
What You'll Do
Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations together.
Design the platform UX covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs for the environment where integrations run.
Implement and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript yourself, with no handoffs to engineers.
Establish the design language, component system, and UX patterns for the entire product.
Work directly with product leadership to shape product direction and design decisions from day one.
What We're Looking For
1 to 5 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work demonstrating exceptional craft and taste.
Strong proficiency implementing production frontend in React and TypeScript; you ship code, not just Figma files.
Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products, with understanding of agentic or human-computer interaction patterns.
Experience establishing design systems, component libraries, or design language standards.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or developer-facing platform interfaces is a plus.
Comfort working directly with founders or product leadership on strategy and design decisions.
Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary between $150,000 and $250,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Full health coverage is provided. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, CA. This is a fully in-person role.
