  • Track work-item assignments and feature delivery schedules.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery concerns.

Work Management & Documentation

  • Create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs in partnership with engineering leads and product managers.
  • Maintain accurate work-management documentation and pipeline information.
  • Update work items with decisions, owners, status, next steps, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain action logs, reminders, workflows, and other execution-tracking mechanisms.
  • Ensure blocked or at-risk work receives appropriate follow-up.

Meetings & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Prepare meeting invitations, agendas, pre-reads, and status questions.
  • Run meetings either synchronously or asynchronously and ensure clear follow-through.
  • Represent features and workstreams in release forums with engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Bridge communication across technical teams, creative partners, product stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Coordinate partner commitments and cross-team dependencies.

Release & QA Coordination

  • Support release readiness activities and track critical-path work.
  • Review release queries, clear stale work, update relevant fields, and confirm next actions.
  • Consolidate changelog feedback and track outstanding items through completion.
  • Partner with QA on validation plans, test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
  • Track readiness signals, unresolved bugs, validation dependencies, and release risks.
  • Escalate decisions and issues when cross-team resolution is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production.
  • Hands-on experience with work-management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, team velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery.
  • Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Ability to bridge communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a changing and evolving environment.
  • Ability to adapt priorities and execution plans quickly while maintaining a positive and productive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • Producer or Technical Program Manager experience within a gaming studio.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and other partner teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams and help resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
