Role Purpose The Global Head of Workplace, Corporate Real Estate & Administration will define and execute Fractal’s workplace, real estate, employee experience, sustainability and administration strategy across all global locations. The role serves as the custodian of the physical workplace ecosystem, ensuring that offices, services, infrastructure, governance frameworks and employee experience initiatives support business growth, client confidence, operating resilience, financial efficiency and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Workplace Strategy & Employee Experience Define the global workplace vision and strategy aligned to business growth, culture and hybrid work needs. Build a consistent workplace experience which align with Fractal’s values and GPTW goals, across geographies while allowing for local country-level nuance. Design and lead employee experience engagement initiatives and listening mechanisms. programs, workplace Drive workplace NPS, service excellence, user satisfaction and continuous improvement across sites. Partner with Finance, Legal, HC, CSR, IT and business leaders to strengthen culture, wellbeing, belonging and productivity. Create future-ready workplace models that support dynamic occupancy, client visits and distributed teams. 2. Corporate Real Estate Own global real estate portfolio strategy, including expansion, consolidation, relocation and optimization decisions. Lead market evaluations, lease negotiations, landlord relationships and renewal strategies. Develop occupancy planning, space utilization, workplace design and seat-capacity models. Oversee office build-outs, project governance, design standards and capital expenditure programs. Deliver real estate cost optimization through smart leasing, portfolio efficiency and workplace productivity measures. 3. Facilities & Engineering Operations Ensure operational excellence across all offices globally, covering facilities management, engineering services, housekeeping, transport support, food services, workplace helpdesk and site operations. Establish performance standards, SLAs, escalation protocols and governance dashboards. operating rhythms, Manage integrated facility management partners, site vendors and service providers. Ensure physical workplace continuity, uptime, safety, hygiene, comfort and service readiness. Build playbooks for repeatable high-quality workplace and client-visit experience delivery. 4. Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability Own enterprise EHS framework, safety governance, incident management and preventive action programs. Lead sustainability roadmap across energy, emissions, waste, green buildings and responsible workplace operations. Partner with CSR, drive and meet targets for carbon reduction, energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable procurement initiatives. Manage ISO, WELL, LEED, TRUE and other relevant certification programs where applicable. Develop sustainability disclosures, audit evidence, monitoring mechanisms and compliance reporting in partnership with ESG stakeholders. 5. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Develop global workplace governance frameworks in accordance with ISO 27001 / 14001 / 45001 and other evolving standards, policies, SOPs, audit calendars and control mechanisms. Ensure statutory, regulatory, safety, environmental and workplace compliance across jurisdictions. Lead business continuity planning, crisis response, workplace risk management and emergency preparedness. Oversee physical security governance and coordination with internal risk, legal, IT, IS, HC and finance teams. Institutionalize corrective-action loops, management reporting. audit readiness and transparent 6. Financial Management Develop and own annual operating and capital budgets for workplace, real estate and administration services. Manage multi-million-dollar global workplace spend with financial discipline and transparent governance. Deliver cost optimization, productivity improvement and ROI-driven workplace investments. Establish procurement controls, approval mechanisms, spend dashboards and periodic budget reviews. Track project cost, time, quality, utilization and benefit realization against approved business cases. 7. Procurement & Vendor Ecosystem Partner with Procurement and co create sourcing strategy for workplace, real estate, facilities and corporate services categories. Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, renewals and service-level governance. Drive vendor performance reviews, commercial optimization, risk mitigation and dispute-resolution processes. Partner with procurement, finance and legal to strengthen contracting discipline and audit defensibility. 8. Technology & Workplace Transformation Drive digitization of workplace operations through dashboards, automation, workflow tools and analytics. Introduce smart workplace solutions for occupancy, service requests, maintenance, energy, visitor experience and reporting. Use data-driven insights to improve decisions on space, service quality, utilization, employee experience and sustainability. Partner with IT, IS and digital teams to embed workplace technology into the broader enterprise operating model. 9. Leadership & Organization Development Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, real estate, EHS, sustainability, procurement support and administration. Build succession plans, capability frameworks and leadership depth across regions. Create scalable operating models that combine global standards with local accountability. Foster a culture of ownership, service orientation, governance, learning, inclusion and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leadership on strategic workplace decisions, business growth initiatives and enterprise risk priorities. 10. Travel Operations & Governance Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the global corporate travel function, ensuring alignment with business objectives, employee experience standards and organisational growth requirements. Develop and govern corporate travel policies, standards and operating procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency and effective risk management across geographies. Manage relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, visa partners and other travel service providers, driving service excellence and commercial value. Monitor travel expenditure, identify cost optimisation opportunities and establish governance mechanisms to ensure prudent utilisation of travel budgets. Drive traveller experience initiatives through service improvements, streamlined processes, responsive support models and continuous feedback mechanisms. Oversee travel analytics, reporting and performance dashboards to provide insights on spend, compliance, traveller behaviour and programme effectiveness. Ensure appropriate duty of care frameworks are established to support employee safety, wellbeing and business continuity during travel. Lead travel-related escalations and ensure timely resolution of traveller issues while maintaining high service standards. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and process improvement within the travel ecosystem to enhance efficiency and user experience. Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement and business leadership teams to ensure travel programmes effectively support talent mobility, client engagement and organisational objectives. Strong exposure to global / multi-country workplace operations and cross-cultural stakeholder management. Proven experience managing large operating budgets and capital projects. teams, strategic vendors, annual Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and represent workplace strategy in executive forums. Experience in technology-led workplace transformation, dashboards, automation and data-driven operations. MBA preferred; engineering, architecture, facilities management, real estate or equivalent background desirable. Relevant certifications such as IFMA, FMP, CFM, PMP, WELL AP, LEED AP, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent are desirable.
