At Inceptive, you will help pioneer the next generation of AI-designed drugs, with the potential to positively impact billions of people, as part of a collaborative, antedisciplinary team building our biological software.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and be part of one-of-a-kind experiences that you wouldn’t encounter in most jobs. You will collaborate with him to prioritize, seek solutions, and optimize his life through effective administrative and creative support.

Tech is also your thing. You use all kinds of tools and apps with ease, are good at getting the details right and clear, and have a thirst for learning more about what’s on the cutting edge.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

  • Holistic time optimization, including agenda and travel management across multiple engagements
  • Vigilance in protecting the CEO’s time and focusing his attention where it matters most
  • Tracking internal and external demands, prioritizing in collaboration with the CEO, and communicating decisions and priorities to various stakeholders
  • Communication and coordination across a wide range of projects
  • Finding ways to make things happen. When you hit an obstacle, your instinct is to figure out what would make it possible and come with options and a recommendation
  • Coordinating local and international travel and logistics
  • Frequently traveling with the CEO when useful to provide support and assistance
  • Willingness to work varying time-zone hours, depending on CEO’s needs as appropriate
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks

Qualifications

  • A proactive, CAN DO mindset: “where there is a will, there is a way.”
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills — excels in logistics, details and coordination
  • An organized, autonomous and proactive approach
  • The adaptability and agility to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage competing demands and priorities, and know when and how to say no
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
  • Tech savvy and fast at learning to use new tools
  • Comfort working in an international and multicultural environment
  • A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Have a nothing is impossible attitude
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Availability to travel internationally, including to the United States on short notice without needing advance visa arrangements
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany and a valid driver’s license
