Description

About the Role

This is a senior-level consulting engagement supporting a large-scale digital transformation program for a manufacturing and supply chain client. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, working closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to bridge business needs and system capabilities. Your work will directly shape how enterprise-level requirements are captured, documented, and translated into transformation outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.

  • Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and O2C domains.

  • Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.

  • Perform target mapping and data mapping activities in support of enterprise ERP implementation.

  • Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and validation efforts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, facilitating consensus across business and technology teams.

  • Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to executive stakeholders.

  • Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, business analysis, or digital transformation programs.

  • SME-level, hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within manufacturing environments.

  • Strong experience with order management and order entry processes.

  • Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent).

  • Demonstrated ability to document requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with SQL queries and target/data mapping in ERP contexts.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
