Description

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing role at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup, leading AI transformation across the DACH region from Munich. You will serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives at large enterprises, owning regional outcomes and working closely with senior leadership to expand the company's footprint across Europe. The role sits at the intersection of hands-on AI building, executive consulting, and commercial growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the regional rollout of the company's platform across DACH, accountable for regional outcomes.

  • Act as an AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.

  • Run each account as a structured consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmap, rollout, and measurable results.

  • Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and build the first agents yourself to prove value before scaling adoption org-wide.

  • Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-focused quarterly reviews to engage senior leadership.

  • Navigate complex organisational dynamics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, advocating for what customers need.

  • Contribute to team-building in Munich as the regional business grows.

  • Continuously automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, top-tier consulting, or an AI-native company.

  • Background in a leading strategy consulting firm or equivalent large-scale enterprise transformation experience, or a founder or operator background at an AI-native company.

  • Proven track record leading C-level engagements and driving measurable transformation at large organisations.

  • Deep, hands-on experience building production AI agents, including model selection, evaluation design, and enterprise integration architecture.

  • Commercial experience across renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.

  • Experience building or scaling a regional team.

  • Native-level German proficiency; based in Munich or willing to relocate.

  • High agency, high ownership mindset with fast decision-making and concise communication.
