Description

About the Role

This is a hands-on growth and marketing role at an early-stage AI recruiting platform, sitting at the heart of the company's demand engine. You'll own the full growth stack, from outbound email to paid acquisition and SEO, with direct impact on a fast-moving startup that connects top talent with high-growth startups.

What You'll Do

  • Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content and brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, with accountability for measurable outcomes.

  • Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate based on results.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound programs, including deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

  • Create and distribute high-velocity content including blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.

  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

  • Build marketing partnerships and organize both online and offline events to drive meaningful turnout.

What We're Looking For

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in growth or marketing, aligned with an intern or new-graduate career stage.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple growth domains: outbound email, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.

  • Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.

  • Experience managing cold email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

  • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

  • Strong content creation skills with consistent brand voice across blogs, social, email, and long-form formats.

  • SEO knowledge including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

  • Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.

  • Comfort operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.

  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
