About the Role
At ARX Robotics, building Europe’s leading autonomous ground systems depends on one thing beyond the technology itself: getting the right components, to the right place, at the right time. As Supply Chain Lead, you will own this function end-to-end — from demand planning and procurement to logistics, warehousing, and delivery — across a fast-scaling, high-stakes defense-tech environment.
This is a senior leadership role where you will build and optimize the supply chain infrastructure that directly enables our hardware to reach the field. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and our international partners across Europe, with a direct reporting line to senior leadership.
What You'll Build
- Organize the supply process: consolidate local demand for spare parts and components, place and prioritize orders with the European suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with with the European suppliers on parts supply — communicating requirements, resolving delays, and keeping order status transparent for internal teams.
- Manage cross-border supply issues: coordinate with the customs broker, support documentation flow, and proactively resolve blockers that could delay shipments.
- Manage Ukrainian suppliers for locally procured items: identify vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor delivery performance.
- Own purchase order management across its lifecycle: order accuracy, tracking to delivery, and reconciliation.
- Organize and run warehouse operations: receiving, inventory record-keeping, issuing parts to Service and other internal teams, and stock accuracy.
- Build a basic reorder/forecasting logic for components — factoring in component complexity, supplier lead time, and usage frequency.
- Build basic SOPs for procurement and warehouse processes to bring structure as the function and company scale.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement — experience with manufacturing, hardware, or international suppliers is a plus.
- Experience communicating directly with international partners or a head office.
- Familiarity with cross-border/customs supply processes, or readiness to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data — you use numbers to make decisions, not just to report them.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep clear, organized records.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above — you can communicate clearly with our European partners and headquarters.
Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
