About Woven by Toyota
Woven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s once-in-a-century transformation into a mobility company. Inspired by a legacy of innovating for the benefit of others, our mission is to challenge the current state of mobility through human-centric innovation — expanding what “mobility” means and how it serves society.
Our work centers on four pillars: AD/ADAS, our autonomous driving and advanced driver assist technologies; Arene, our software development platform for software-defined vehicles; Woven City, a test course for mobility; and Cloud & AI, the digital infrastructure powering our collaborative foundation. Business-critical functions empower these teams to execute, and together, we’re working toward one bold goal: a world with zero accidents and enhanced well-being for all.

TEAM
The AD/ADAS Application team develops vehicle control functions for autonomous driving systems, as well as map information services. The mission of test engineers is to establish and evaluate criteria for the functionality, performance, and quality of software implemented based on system requirements, and to provide feedback to designers to improve product performance and quality. Furthermore, we aim to integrate these products into Toyota’s next-generation driver assistance systems, “Toyota Safety Sense” and “Teammate,” thereby providing customers around the world with safer driving and a more comfortable mobility experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an engineer who can manage, analyze, and oversee issues identified during AD/ADAS vehicle evaluations to improve software performance and quality. Candidates who can propose new values and communicate effectively while building strong relationships with software engineers, test drivers, and various other stakeholders are also welcome. In addition to regularly commuting to our office in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, you will conduct real-vehicle testing at the Test Course in Shizuoka.
