Founders Associate

About the Role

This is a high-ownership generalist role sitting directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and GTM agency in Berlin. You'll act as a strategic sparring partner and operator, driving initiatives that span finance, automation, business intelligence, and new business development — with real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Own strategic projects end-to-end, building and scaling processes using AI and automation tools independently.

• Take full responsibility for financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and developing sustainable growth processes.

• Identify and automate operational workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and Claude.

• Build data-driven decision foundations through modern Business Intelligence structures (e.g. Snowflake, Looker Studio).

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to founders on key decisions, bringing your own perspective to shape growth trajectory.

• Develop and launch new business ideas and Go-to-Market strategies from concept to execution.

• Create clarity on complex topics through structured analysis, decision frameworks, and actionable implementation plans.

• Mentor team members and interns, modelling a high-quality, can-do mindset.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup, consultancy, or venture firm.

• Native or C2-level German proficiency, plus fluent English — both written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience building and managing operational processes with automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and AI tools.

• Practical experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a business context.

• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies or new business initiatives from concept to launch.

• Ability to build BI structures and extract actionable insights from data (e.g. Snowflake, Looker Studio, or similar).

• Experience managing or mentoring team members or interns.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create structured decision frameworks for complex problems.

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Background in B2B SaaS or B2B technology is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €36,000 – €75,000 per year, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
