Operations Associate

Data & Infrastructure Associate Role Description

The Data & Infrastructure Contractor supports analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and data infrastructure initiatives across Pay Operations, Contractor Growth, CR & Training, and Robotics teams. This role combines hands-on data analysis with the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and structured datasets that enable operational visibility and informed decision-making. The position works closely with Contractor Leads to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Pay Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)

• Provide reliable and structured data support to the Pay team.
• Maintain and improve pay-related datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support contractor pay tracking.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and supporting audit processes.

2. CR & Training Data Support

• Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for CR and Training contractor teams.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports.
• Ensure KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied.
• Assist teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.

3. Growth Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)

• Maintain and optimize queries used for candidate sourcing and prioritization.
• Support analysis to improve candidate throughput and quality.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives.
• Contribute to experimentation analysis and reporting.

4. Robotics & Workforce KPI Tracking

• Support the implementation and tracking of operational KPIs.
• Maintain reporting structures to monitor workforce performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent measurement practices.
