About OpenArt
We built OpenArt for people who have a vision but not a studio, and creators who have a story but not an entire production team.
Today, OpenArt is one of the fastest-growing AI creative platforms, helping millions of people create images, videos, stories, ads, and other creative content with AI.
OpenArt was selected as one of just five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital's Prosumer AI 40 as one of the 40 most innovative AI-native companies.
We're a small, ambitious team that moves fast, takes ownership, and builds without waiting for a playbook.
The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Lead to build OpenArt’s B2B marketing engine and drive enterprise pipeline.
You’ll own the B2B demand engine end to end across paid media, account-based marketing, and content, with responsibility for targeting, budget allocation, channel mix, and performance.
You’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams, as well as our in-house creative studio.
What You’ll Own
Paid Acquisition and Channel Strategy
Plan, build, and launch B2B campaigns across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels as they prove effective.
Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and day-to-day optimization.
Build OpenArt’s B2B advertising playbook from the ground up.
Set creative direction and audience strategy for LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
Brief our content and creative teams to ensure each campaign speaks directly to its target buyer.
Run experiments across creative concepts, hooks, audiences, offers, and landing destinations.
Account-Based Marketing
Build and run ABM programs targeting named accounts and priority market segments.
Own the paid media component of ABM while coordinating with Sales on outreach timing and Lifecycle Marketing on nurture campaigns.
Align campaigns with GTM and Sales priorities, including product launches, solution plays, account tiers, target regions, and revenue goals.
Funnel, Measurement, and Attribution
Own the full enterprise marketing funnel, from account engagement and qualified demand through opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
Build an attribution framework that can be clearly explained and defended.
Design and run incrementality and lift tests to understand paid media’s true contribution.
Maintain strong tracking and data hygiene across campaigns and systems.
Report click-attributed and view-attributed performance separately.
Hold each channel accountable to a defined cost per qualified sales opportunity.
Content and Editorial Strategy
Own the B2B editorial calendar and identify gaps in OpenArt’s current market presence.
Map content to each stage of the buyer journey:
Top of funnel: thought leadership and category education
Middle of funnel: comparison guides, use cases, and ROI frameworks
Bottom of funnel: case studies, implementation guides, and buyer enablement content
Partner with Product Marketing on target audiences, positioning, and campaign messaging.
Work with the SEO team to ensure content is discoverable through both Google and AI search.
Brief writers and creative partners without waiting for a fully defined content queue.
AI-Native Marketing Operations
Build AI into the marketing workflow across creative development, targeting, reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization.
Use AI as core operating infrastructure rather than as a one-off experiment.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing, including direct media-buying experience.
Strong LinkedIn Ads and ABM experience. You’ve run account-based campaigns end to end and generated measurable sales pipeline—not just impressions or engagement.
A zero-to-one track record. You’ve built a B2B channel, program, or function from scratch and can demonstrate the business impact.
Experience bridging PLG and enterprise sales. You’ve helped a self-serve business move upmarket and understand where the handoff between product-led growth and sales can break down.
Range beyond paid media. You can own an editorial calendar, brief writers, and collaborate with SEO without waiting to be told what to publish.
Strong analytical judgment. You measure what paid media actually contributes to pipeline and revenue rather than relying only on platform-reported attribution.
AI-native operating habits. You use AI tools daily as part of your workflow.
Speed and independence. You can operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving startup and determine what matters most without being handed a queue.
Based in the Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing or selling to marketing, advertising, media, or creative teams.
Consumer performance marketing experience at scale across TikTok, Meta, Reddit, or similar platforms.
Experience with incrementality testing, lift testing, or other approaches to measuring paid media beyond last-click attribution.
Familiarity with:
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Amplitude
HubSpot
Active use of AI creative tools.
