About the Role
This is a high-ownership SDR role at a fast-growing AI communications startup, where you'll drive the entire English-speaking top-of-funnel — from first contact through to qualified demo handoff for Account Executives. You'll join a small, results-driven team where your work directly shapes revenue growth and where top performers have a clear path to becoming an AE within months.
What You'll Do
Own the English-speaking top-of-funnel end-to-end, from initial outreach to qualified demo handoff.
Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Build, test, and iterate on outreach sequences using data-driven hypothesis testing and A/B measurement.
Help shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth transitions to Account Executives.
What We're Looking For
Native or C2-level English proficiency — non-negotiable.
1+ years of experience in outbound or telesales, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of delivering qualified pipeline.
Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and execute smooth demo handoffs within an end-to-end top-of-funnel process.
Experience building and optimising multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Comfort documenting and testing sales hypotheses to drive sequence performance improvements.
Experience supporting customer onboarding and early adoption.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tooling.
Competitive, metrics-driven mindset motivated by uncapped commission potential.
Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1–2 months to immerse in company culture.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: £50,000–£75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria. Candidates based elsewhere are welcome to apply, but must be willing to spend approximately 1–2 months on-site in Vienna initially.
